How Long Will My Microgreens Stay Fresh?

To keep your microgreens at their peak, store them in the refrigerator in the clam shell container they came in or transfer to an airtight container. If transferring them to a different container, lay a bed of 2-3 paper towel sheets to absorb excess moisture. This will extend the shelf life for up to 2 weeks.

While they'll remain flavorful and nutritious for that period, microgreens are best enjoyed sooner rather than later to maximize their nutritional benefits.

How Do I Receive My Order?

How to Receive Your Microgreens:

1. Delivery Days: Microgreens are delivered on the second Saturday/ Sunday from ordering.

2. Delivery Window: Between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You'll receive an email from us which will notify you that your order has been fulfilled and will be delivered on the same day.

3. Preparation: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during your delivery window. Otherwise, provide a cooler near your front door and we'll place your greens inside it, which will keep them fresh until you arrive.

What Happens If I'm Not Home?

To preserve the optimal freshness of your microgreens, we kindly request that you place a cooler by your front door on your scheduled delivery day. This will safeguard them from external elements and maintain their quality. Refrigerate immediately.

Are You Certified Organic?

As an Illinois-based cottage food operation, we are unable to pursue USDA Organic certification. However, we remain committed to organic principles. We exclusively use non-GMO, organic seeds from reputable suppliers.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Please let us know immediately after receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Include photos and order number.

Any Allergens To Worry About?

For legal purposes, we must follow cottage food business law and state that there is a risk of allergens.

With that said, our home based facility is used for microgreens only. Common food allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame do not enter our facility.
