Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli Microgreens are the young and tender seedlings of the broccoli plant, harvested just days after germination. They pack a vibrant, peppery broccoli flavor with a crisp texture and a subtle earthy finish that adds depth to any dish.
These tiny greens are exceptionally nutrient-dense. They’re particularly rich in sulforaphane, a powerful plant compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cabbage, and arugula. Among all microgreens, Micro Broccoli has the highest sulforaphane content.
Moreover, Broccoli Microgreens offer a higher concentration of vitamins A, C, minerals, and antioxidants, meaning you get more nutrition in every bite. Discover the entire nutrition information of microgreens now.
To maximize their nutritional benefits, Broccoli Microgreens should be eaten raw or lightly cooked. Avoid high heat, as it can degrade sensitive nutrients like sulforaphane. Try some broccoli microgreens recipe options:
-
Use them as a fresh garnish on soups, pastas, salads, sandwiches, or stir-fried dishes.
-
Add them at the end of cooking for a vibrant finish.
-
Blend them into fruit smoothies for a nutrient-packed drink, especially useful if you’re not fond of their earthy flavor.
Whether you're after flavor or function, Broccoli Microgreens are an easy and effective way to upgrade your meals and your health.
