Discover the mild flavors and intense nutrition in our salad mix microgreen blend. Broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, and red cabbage combined to create a truly nutrient-dense salad experience.

Each variety is grown in our soil mix and packed with nutrients, these tiny powerhouses are a delicious way to add color, and essential vitamins and minerals to any dish.

Microgreens tend to have a higher density of vitamins and antioxidants compared to their mature counterparts. This means you get a more potent dose of certain nutrients in a smaller serving.

To maximize it's benefits, consume raw or lightly cook. For example, add them to your dish at the end of the cooking process or preferably as a garnish. Alternatively, adding them in fruit smoothie blends is the best way to enjoy these vitamin rich, mineral packed foods if you don't like the earthy taste.
