Our greens are made-to-order, meaning we grow your microgreens just for you. So a short lead time is necessary before they can be delivered. The upside? You'll get the freshest microgreens with a longer shelf life compared to grocery store bought greens, if properly stored. We sow our seeds every Tuesday, allowing us to collect orders for the week and sow them all at once. Harvest takes place 11 days later.
